informs its members and the public that elections were held on August 28, 2025,
to elect the new Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and representatives
to ETHEAS. The election results are as follows:
A) FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
1) ASTARAS LAMPROS (son of Apostolos) received 6 votes
2) GOUNARIS NIKOLAOS (son of Charis) received 9 votes
3) GOUSIOS NIKOLAOS (son of Dimitrios) received 38 votes
4) DOULKIAROGLOU MARIOS (son of Savvas) received 12 votes
5) ZANTZAS KONSTANTINOS (son of Christos) received 28 votes
6) KARAISKOS ATHANASIOS (son of Charalambos) received 24 votes
7) ORFANIDIS ARISTEIDIS (son of Nikolaos) received 8 votes
8)PAVLONASIOS NIKOLAOS, son of Konstantinos, received 22 votes
B) FOR THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
1) ASTARAS APOSTOLOS, son of Lambros, received 22 votes
2) GOUSIOS LAMPROS-ORESTIS, son of Dimitrios, received 33 votes
3) KARATOSIDIS LAZAROS, son of Kyriakos, received 23 votes
C) FOR ETHEAS
1) GOUSIOS NIKOLAOS, son of Dimitrios, received 35 votes
2) ZANTZAS KONSTANTINOS, son of Christos, received 21 votes
3) KARAISKOS ATHANASIOS, son of Charalampos, received 19 votes
4) PAVLONASIOS NIKOLAOS, son of KONSTANTINOU received 12 votes.
Furthermore, on September 1, 2025, the new Board of Directors constituted itself as a body as follows:

2. NIKOLAOS PAVLONASIOS, Vice-President,
3. MARIOS DOULKIAROGLOU, Secretary,
4. KONSTANTINOS ZANTZAS, Treasurer,
5. ATHANASIOS KARAISKOS, Member.
The outgoing President, Mr. ATHANASIOS KARAISKOS, remains a member of the
Board of Directors and the Cooperative by unanimous decision, continuing to
actively support its progress and objectives.
The new Board of Directors extends its warm thanks to the outgoing President
for his service and valuable contribution to the development of the Cooperative,
as well as to all members who participated in the process.
